At Punny Threads, we want you to love your new punny apparel as much as we loved making it! If your order isn’t quite what you expected, don’t worry—we’re here to help (and we promise not to make any “no returns” puns).

Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Happiness Guarantee: If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery—no hard feelings, just soft shirts.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (we know it’s tempting to show off that new tee, but try it on before you take it for a spin!).

  • How to Start a Return:

    1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll send you easy instructions and a return shipping address.

    3. Once we receive your items, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Oops! Did something go wrong with your order? If you received the wrong item, or if your order arrived damaged or defective, we’ll make it right—fast.

  • What to Do:

    1. Email us at support@punnythreads.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible.

    2. We’ll get back to you quickly with a solution—whether that’s a replacement, a refund, or a hearty apology (and maybe a pun or two).

    3. For incorrect or damaged items, we cover all shipping costs for returns or replacements.

The Fine Print

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Because these are made just for you, custom orders can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns/exchanges (unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect).

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your return.
